✅ Requirements

Criteria	Details
Minimum Attendance	- MSc students: 1 conference minimum - PhD students: 2 conferences minimum
Eligibility for Reimbursement	- Students must attend the conference in person. - Submission and acceptance of a publication are required.
Approval	- Registration must be approved by Dr Obaid and/or Guillaume Theaud beforehand.

- Ensure all expenses are validated with Dr Obaid and/or Guillaume Theaud before incurring costs.
- Keep all receipts to avoid issues with reimbursement.

Expense Type	Details
Flight + Accommodation	- Canadian conferences: Up to $1500 - American conferences: Up to $2000 - International conferences: Up to $2500 Amount must be validated with Dr Obaid and/or Guillaume Theaud
Accommodation	- Only reimbursed for conference days. - Local conferences (Québec): Amount must be validated with Dr Obaid and/or Guillaume Theaud.
Receipts	- Receipts are mandatory for reimbursement.
Meals	- Meal expenses are not reimbursed.
